Kat O’Brien has an interesting read out on the tattoos had by CC Sabathia, A.J. Burnett, Brian Bruney and Joba Chamberlain. Bruney claims to like anchors, however, I always thought the tattoo on his arm was of an Iron Cross of some sort (which is kind of creepy).
I’m pretty sure that Bruney’s tattoo is an Iron Cross, but the only way it’s considered “racist” is if there is a Nazi marking. The Iron Cross itself IS NOT a racist symbol and there are a lot of people with German heritage who have one, in one way, shape or form. I wouldn’t get one because a lot of people just correlate the cross with Hitler, but they should only if there’s a Nazi symbol (i.e.-swatsika, SS, etc.)

Can’t you just see Mussina with tattoos like that? Times are changing in that clubhouse.
I guess it’s a sign of youth, really.
