This was a tragic accident.
I’ve seen reports that indicate she had been intoxicated as well.
Who lives, who dies, who caused the accident….I’m not sure of the answers.
You can’t condone drinking and driving….but there is an element of Russian Roulette to certain behaviors.
But, Jim needs to lay off the sauce for his own good.
I just think anyone who drives when drunk and kills someone and is still out drinking when he is not supposed to be — not because a ruling but because alcohol already ruined your life and the lives of others — is a problem.
